We have been caught up in the allure of a snazzy search. The 10' deep inaccessible hide. A high-low triangle that was aged for 7 hours. An endurance search with 15 hides in a school yard sports field and a 3 minute time limit. You can feel the rush of adrenaline just thinking about it!

Yet, to have any hope of succeeding with any of these snazzy searches, our foundation and criteria must be rock solid. In particular, these key tenets must be revisited and reaffirmed after we tackle the snazzy search. When we focus too much on the snazzy aspects of Scent Work, and allow our criteria and foundational skills to falter, this when our proficiency as a sniffing team will suffer.

In this webinar, we will highlight ways to keep our feet squarely on the ground when it comes to designing our training. How we can use the goal of a snazzy search to further cement our criteria and key foundational skills. Ways we can recognize if our approach has been become unbalanced or if our skills are in dire need of attention due to indulging in too many snazzy searches. This webinar will be helpful for all levels of teams, to ensure those snazzy searches are not coming back to bite you later!
