Here are some quick tips and tricks to follow when submitting your order.
Do I need to create an account first?
No. We will automatically create an account for you once you submit your first order. We will then send you an email to create your password. Once the password is created, you will be automatically logged in and may access your enrollments.
Do I need to be logged in to make a purchase?
No. The system will automatically assign the enrollments to your account depending on the email you enter on the order form.
RECOMMENDED APPROACH
Avoid using the Express Checkout option.
Instead, enter the email address you use to login to your Scent Work University account in the "Email for Username" box and then choose to pay via credit card or PayPal.
I have a promo code...how do I use that?
Great! When you click the CHECKOUT button, you will enter this promo code in the "Discount code or gift card" box and then click on APPLY.
You should then see the discount applied toward your total.
How soon will I see my enrollments?
Your enrollments should be automatically added to your Scent Work University account.
If you do not see them appear after 5-10 minutes, email Dianna at dianna@scentworku.com and she will work to fix the isssue.
