The Student enrollment option is an intensive one. Every week, Students must submit their videos for review by a given deadline. These videos will be reviewed and then discussed during a live 1-hour Zoom class, which will be recorded and posted to the course player.

Course Details

Using diagnostics of your searches, you will learn how to figure out when, if and how you should be supporting your dog and yourself to become the best team possible. Learn how to better breakdown and evaluate you searches, how to make a plan and then know when you should help, how you should help, and most importantly when NOT helping is the most support you can give!

This course is suitable for all levels from puppies on primary to seasoned competition dogs. All exercises can be modified for the appropriate level. Expect to join in and be part of the discussion!

  • Mindful Training Goal Setting

What You Will Need

  • your dog
  • flat or martingale collar
  • back-clip harness (optional)
  • 6'-8' leash
  • 10-15' long line
  • if your dog is on primary: LOTS of small, non-crumbly treats that YOUR dog finds rewarding and/or a high-value toy your dog LOVES!
  • if your dog is on odor: scented q-tips (Birch, Anise, Clove) inside odor vessels (tins, tubes, straws) and way to secure your hides (Museum Putty, Glue Dots, etc.)
