Small dogs are faced with additional challenges that large dogs aren’t when it comes to Nose Work. Learn about these challenges from Michele Ellertson, who started her own Nose Work journey with a 12 lb terrier mix named Hemi, a dog who taught her a ton and took her to the upper levels and NACSW Nationals twice. As Michele writes, "She hung in with the big dogs, but the way we went about training was a bit different. Join me to talk about those differences and what we as instructors and handlers really need to pay attention to when it comes to our smaller friends!"
