How to Use the Course Player

You've enrolled in one of our online courses, webinars, seminars, virtual events or eBooks and ready to get started...but how do you access your enrollment? How do you use the course player? How does any of this work?!

No worries, we are happy to help.

First, you will log into your Scent Work University account here.

Once logged, you will be directed to your dashboard. This will list all of your enrollments. You may use the search function and filters to find a particular enrollment. As your library grows, you will find this search and filtering function very handy!

Click on the image for the offering you wish to go through. You will then be directed to the course player. Each offering will include a welcome section, where we provide pertinent information about that particular offering. You can progress to the next section by clicking on the COMPLETE AND CONTINUE button at the bottom of the screen or you can use the lefthand side navigation menu. 

NOTE: If you are using a mobile device or a tablet, you will not see the lefthand side navigation menu as the screen is too small to show everything at once. To see this navigation menu, click the hamburger menu icon (three lines stacked on top of one another) typically found in the upper righthand corner of your screen.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Can I print out a transcript of the video?

Unfortunately, no. We must protect the intellectual property of our instructors. However, you can VIEW a transcript within the video player as well as close captioning.

Will a .PDF be provided and where can I find it?

Many of our offerings include handouts or .PDF versions of the presentation that you may view, access and download from the course player. Use the lefthand side navigation menu to locate this .PDF.

Where can I request CEUs?

If an offering has been approved for CEUs, a secret word will be mentioned during the presentation. Note what this secret word and complete the "Request CEUs" form at the end of the course player. If the secret word is correct, we will email you a Certificate of Completion.

I have a question. How can I contact the instructor?

We include the instructor's contact information within the "Meet Your Instructor" section of the course player. Additionally, in the FEEDBACK section, there is short "Questions" form you may complete and submit.
