How to Upload Certificate of Completion to NASCW Instructor Portal

You are a Certified Nose Work Instructor looking to earn CEUs, we try to make the process as easy as possible.

First, find a listing of all the offerings that are approved for NACSW CEUs here. 

Once enrolled, as you go through the presentation, note any secret word(s) that are mentioned. You will need these to request your CEUs.

If attending a live presentation, at the end of the event a link to a "Request CEUs" form will be added to the chat. Fill out this form and provide the secret word(s). If they are correct, we will email you a Certificate of Completion.

If you are watching a replay or going through another presentation, the "Request CEUs" from will be at the end of the course player.

The final step to earn the NACSW CEUs is to submit your Certificate to the NACSW Instructor Portal. Log into your CNWI account and go to the FILES section. Upload your Certificate of Completion and NACSW will process your CEU request. Watch the above video for a step-by-step tutorial on how to upload this Certificate.

How long does it take to receive the Certificate of Completion?

Typically you will receive the Certificate of Completion within 24 hours of submitting the "Request CEUs" form. If after 48 hours you do not receive the Certificate, please contact us and we will investigate what may be going on.
