How to Rewatch a Webinar Replay

One of the many perks of purchasing a webinar through Scent Work University is you can enjoy continual access to the presentation. This means you can rewatch a webinar as often and for as long as you wish. This is particularly helpful given how informative these presentations are! You may find yourself revisiting a webinar replay to ensure you get as much out of it as possible.

But how can you rewatch a webinar replay? The course player is saying 100% completion. What do you do!?

No worries, we are happy to help.

When viewing your webinar on a computer, you should see a lefthand side navigation menu. We can use this to move around within the course player itself. Looking to rewatch the video? Great, simply click on the section which contains the webinar replay.

But what if you are using a mobile device or tablet? Since the screen is smaller, the lefthand side navigation menu will be hidden behind a hamburger menu. This is represented by three lines stacked on top of one another and is located in the upper righthand corner of your screen. Click the hamburger menu icon and the navigation menu will appear. Click the section for the webinar replay and you should be all set.

Nope! You have full and continual access to your webinar replay.

I am having some issues watching the webinar replay, what can I do?

We recommend using the most recent version of either Chrome or Firefox as your browser. Safari can be problematic. If you can see the video but do not hear any audio, try refreshing your browser. If you do not see the video at all, please contact us and we will do some digging to see what may be going on.
