How to Redeem a Gift Card
Someone thinks you are pretty special and ordered you a Scent Work University gift card , woohoo!
But what do you do now? No worries, we are happy to help!
- Select the online courses, webinars, seminars, virtual events and eBooks you would like to apply your gift card to.
- Once all of your selections have been added to your cart, click on the checkbox to agree to the Terms and Conditions and click on the CHECKOUT button.
- You will then directed to the checkout screen. Enter the code featured on your gift card in the "Discounts and gift cards" box and click the APPLY button. You should now see your gift card applied to your order.
- Enter your email address into the EMAIL box and enter your contact information. NOTE: When you submit your order, we will automatically create an account for your on the Scent Work University site. This will allow you to access your enrollments.Â
- Upon submitting your order, we will email you a confirmation email as well as a link to create your password for your Scent Work University account along with information on how to access your dashboard and use the course player.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Do I need to create an account first?
No. We will automatically create an account for you on the backend when you redeem your gift card. This account will be associated with the email address you enter in the EMAIL box on the checkout screen.
What if there is sales tax?
Some states require that we charge sale tax. This sales tax is charged when the gift card is redeemed, not when the gift card is ordered. If sales tax is required, you will see this on the checkout screen.
Can't you just email me a link for my enrollment?
Unfortunately, no. All of our online dog training content is hosted on our system and our clients amass a huge library of enrollments! By having a Scent Work University account, everything you purchase with us is in one place.
