How to Access a Live Webinar

You've registered for one of our live webinars, great!

But how will you access the live webinar room once it is time?

When you first register for the live webinar, you should receive TWO emails:

• an invoice of your purchase.
• a "Registered" email with a link to join the live webinar room.

Additionally, we will send you several reminder emails with the link to join the live webinar room:

• a 24 hour reminder
• a 1 hour reminder
• a 15 minute reminder

If you do NOT receive any of these emails, please email Dianna directly at dianna@scentworku.com and she will send you the link to join the live webinar room ASAP.

As a reminder, when you register for a live webinar, you will also enjoy free, continual access to the fully edited webinar replay on the Scent Work University site. This means there are no deadlines or cut-off dates for you to worry about. You may go through the replay as often and for as long as you wish.

"May I access the live webinar room by logging into my account on the Scent Work University site?"

No, we use a separate webinar program for our live webinars. Once the live webinar is completed, the presentation is then downloaded, fully edited from start to finish and then uploaded to the Scent Work University site.
