How to Access a Live Webinar
You've registered for one of our live webinars, how exciting!
But how will you access the live webinar room once it is time?
When you first register for the live webinar, you should receive TWO emails:
- an invoice of your purchase.
- a "Registered" email with a link to join the live webinar room.
Additionally, we will send you two reminder emails with a link to join the live webinar:
- a 24 hour reminder
- a 1 hour reminder

As a reminder, when you register for a live webinar, you will also enjoy free, continual access to the fully edited webinar replay on the Scent Work University site. This means there are no deadlines or cut-off dates for you to worry about. You may go through the webinar replay as often and for as long as you wish.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Can I access the live webinar room by logging into my Scent Work University account?
No, we use a separate webinar program for our live webinars. Once the live webinar is completed, the presentation will be fully edited from start-to-finish. The fully edited webinar replay will then be made available through your Scent Work University account.
Will my camera and microphone be on during the live webinar?
No. You may be participate by asking any questions or comments you have in the chat.
What if I cannot hear or see something during the live webinar?
Technology and internet can be so naughty! First, try refreshing your browser, that typically works. Next, leave the live webinar room and come back in. If you are still having issues, note them in the live webinar room and we will refund you the difference between the live webinar and webinar replay. We do everything we can, but technology can be downright awful!
Do we receive access to the speaker's presentation?
Most of our presenters will provide a .PDF version of their slide deck, which will be made available to access and download from the webinar replay page. We will note whether this material will be made available or not at the start of the live webinar.
I am looking for CEUs, how do I earn those?
Great! Many of our live webinars are approved for CEUs, either through NACSW, CPDT or KPA. If a webinar is approved for CEUs, this will be noted on the details page for that webinar. Additionally, at the start of the live webinar, Dianna will note if a webinar is approved for CEUS. If it is, a secret word will be mentioned at some point during the live presentation. Simply note what the secret word is and at the end of the live webinar, a link to a short form will be put into the chat. Complete this short form and if the secret word you provide is correct, we will email you a Certificate of Completion.
If you are going through the webinar replay, this "Request CEUs" form will be at the end of the course player.
