How to Access the Student Group

You've enrolled as a Student in one of our online courses, how exciting! But now what? How do you go about submitting your weekly homework and video assignments?

No worries, we've got you covered!

Once you enroll as a Student, you should have received an email with information on how to access the Student Group associated with that particular course. This Student Group is hosted on the Scent Work U Community site.

If you do not already have an account on the Scent Work U Community site, click the button provided in the email to create your account. Once your account is created, you will be automatically logged in and will have access to the main community as well as the Student Group for your course.

If you already have a Scent Work U Community account, you may need to refresh your browser to see that you now have access to the Student Group.

This Student Group is where you may post questions about the course material, post your homework and video assignments, receive feedback from the instructors and find the live Zoom class information. Your instructor will include a welcome post outlining any deadlines, preferences for how to submit your posts and other tips and tricks.

My login credentials are not working on the Scent Work U Community site, help!

No worries, we are happy to help. Email Dianna at dianna@scentworku.com and she will double-check that you have an account on the Scent Work U Community site. If not, she will email you an invite link to create one and you should be all set!

How do I change my notifications?

It is super easy! When you are logged into your Scent Work U Community account, click on your user profile image and then click on NOTIFICATIONS. On the next screen, select which notifications you wish to receive. These can be email notifications, in-app notifications or mobile push notifications, if you have the iOS or Android app.
