Scent Work is unique in that it is open to reactive dogs. However, Scent Work trials can present a variety of challenges for these dogs in particular! Learn some ways we can help our dogs be more successful with this webinar.
When you stop to think about it, Scent Work trials are quite challenging. So many other dogs. Lots of strange people. A novel location with tons of possible triggers. All the hustle and bustle and activity that goes along with a Scent Work trial is enough to stress out most dogs, but can be quite overwhelming for a reactive dog!
In this webinar, we will outline ways we can help our reactive dogs be more successful at a trial. This will include exercises, training and prep work that should be done BEFORE ever entering a trial, as well as routines and tips to help you get through the trial itself.
