When our dogs are tackling a vehicle search, they may want to place their paws up onto the vehicle itself. This is problematic as there are claws attached to those paws. Claws + paint = scratches and damage which mean less volunteered vehicles for our training and trial searches.
In this webinar, Judith will discuss training exercises you can try to help the dog understand they do not need to use their paws when tackling their vehicle searches.
